The speech was in English, though the echo and noise make it hard for me to listen clearly.
The very last part she spoke Vietnamese, the same reason above so I just roughly translate wat it is about then: She said sorry to her mom and that she wouldn't talk to her like that anymore. There are somtimes when her mother did not explain to her everything or tell her stories because she did not understand but she does now (I'm not sure about this part :p) "I'm sorry mom, I'm Le Thien Huong (?). I am Vietnamese (her last word translated)

Wow...Thank you for posting this. It's such a humbling experience to see this. It leaves me speechless to discover that this poem is still discussed. Especially since it's almost been four years! And yes, you got the translation on point! =)
